Our apartments
Our modernly furnished apartments are suitable for short to medium-term stays and offer a pleasant and cozy home. We privately rent several fully furnished apartments with shower and toilet to non-smokers.
Attention: From September 2025 we have slightly higher monthly prices.
Apartment A: 890€, price for second person stays the same.
Apartment B: 840€, no second person possible at the moment.
Apartment C: 770€

Apartment Type A
The 6 "Type A" flats each cover 20 square metres, have an optional 2 beds, their own kitchen and are located on the 1st and 2nd floors on the south side of the house.

Apartment Type B
The 3 flats "Type B" cover 20 square metres and are optionally equipped with 2 beds and their own kitchen. The flats are located on the south side of the house on the 3rd floor and therefore have a sloping roof.

Apartment Type C
The 6 "Type C" flats are smaller at 14 square metres, have 1 bed and no kitchen in the apartment. They are located on the 1st and 2nd floor on the north side of the house.

Apartment Type D
The 3 flats "Type D" are 14 square metres, are equipped with 1 bed and do not have their own kitchen. Our cheapest room is on the 3rd floor on the north side of the house and has a sloping roof.
